We've laughed, cried, visited the beaches, arcade, museum, aquarium, pubs, walked to Lee, climbed many hills and couldn't be happier to be leaving at husband and wife! This house has played a key role in our wedding and stay with friends - thank you so so much.”

“Our group consisted of 10 adults, 4 children and 2 babies, and there was ample space for us all. The Victorian house has huge rooms, high ceilings, original features, fireplaces, a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture and everything you would need to cater for a big group. We particularly loved bathing in the roll-top bath, everyone fitting comfortably around the huge table in the open-plan dining and living room, opening the French doors, cooking in both the aga and oven, keeping warm and cosy by the fireplace and each family having their own space spread across the three floors.
The house was exceptionally clean and it was easy to regulate the heating. Communication and details from Kirstie were swift and spot-on, and their housekeeper was always at the end of the phone if we needed her during our stay. We could easily walk to the small beach and harbour in Ilfracombe, and drive 10-20 minutes to Woolacombe, Putsborough or Croyde. Everyone adored the house and wish to return for another gathering. We would highly recommend this place.”
