The Grampus Inn
This pretty pub is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Lee. It's walkable from The Quarry - just under an hour's stroll along the cliff tops. Make sure you prebook the taxi for your return - mobiles don't work in Lee.
The pub boasts a sunny garden, live music, friendly landlord, good food and log fires in the winter. There's also a wonderful tea room with delicious homemade cakes and scones. Whilst you're there visit Lee beach with its rock pools and, if the tide is out, find the hidden slate beach.
