Prices include linen & towels.  If you would like the 2 single futon chair beds made up we charge £20 per bed (payable at the time of booking).  The weekend rate is Fri & Sat nights &  we throw Sunday in for free - so you can have a late check out even if you don't stay over.  A midweek stay is 4 nights, check in on Monday, check out on Friday.

We have kept our prices the same as 2011.
