Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have received your completed booking form & a cheque for the full amount.  At this time we will send you a confirmation letter.

Deposit - in line with other houses of the same size & standard we ask for a £1000 deposit.  This should be paid by cheque, to reach us no later than 3 weeks before your arrival.   Your cheque will be paid into our business account.  On departure, providing the house is in a good state, we will refund your deposit in full.  We won't charge for small items, but we do need to protect ourselves against damage to more expensive fixtures & fittings.

 Should you need to cancel our policy is as follows:

 

Number of days before the holiday start date that cancellation is received

14-27 days

25% refund

28-55 days

40% refund

56 days or more

90%

 

We will need to receive written confirmation that you wish to cancel (e-mail is fine), & will send you a cheque for the refund if you are eligible. 

 

We do advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance – this protects you should you need to cancel at late notice.

 

The name on the booking form will be responsible for the rest of the party.

 

No pets are allowed & we cannot take responsibility for anything stolen whilst staying at the house.

 

We ask guests to treat the house with respect, & leave it in a similar state to how they found it.

 

The house is strictly no smoking.

 

We will ask for a deposit, which will be refundable if the house is left in a similar state to how you found it.  We do charge for anything damaged or missing.

 

All linen & bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.  We just have 1 hairdryer.

 

Check in is from 4pm; check out by 10.30am.  Our bookings generally run from Friday – Friday, but we may be able to sort out alternative days if the diary allows it.
