ICONIC BUILDINGS SCREENPRINTS, as seen at The Quarry

 

A series of silk screen prints by Kirstie Jackson, featuring iconic buildings from around the world. Bright, contemporary & from a small print run, these look great grouped together  in simple white frames.  At The Quarry we've used a chunky, white IKEA frame (£7.99).   Some purchasers have used a large white mount & a large white frame to hang the artwork alone.

 

All my images are hand drawn (not from photo shop) and then exposed onto a silk screen using photographic paint. The paper is hand cut, and the colours mixed by me. I hand print each individual image in the studio and only do a small print run of each subject, normally less than 35.  

 

The prints use a thick, bright white, artists print paper.  They measure approx 25cm x 36 cm.  Please note all paper is hand cut so these measurements may vary slightly.

 

This is an ongoing series, so new buildings are added when completed.
